Mr. Soltani first started working with our team through Google Ads. Before partnering with us, he had spent thousands of dollars on advertising campaigns managed directly through Google’s automated system but generated very few meaningful leads.

After nearly a year of successful collaboration on advertising campaigns, our team identified a much larger opportunity. The existing website, built using a website builder platform, no longer reflected the size, professionalism, and capabilities of the business.

Tech Security USA was not simply selling security cameras. The company provided installation services, commercial security consulting, wholesale programs, and industry-specific surveillance solutions. However, none of these strengths were being effectively communicated through the existing website.

Our goal was to transform the platform into a professional digital showroom that clearly presented products, services, industry expertise, and business credibility while supporting both SEO and advertising growth. The result is a scalable security platform designed to support product sales, consultation requests, installation services, and long-term business expansion.

01 Business Analysis & Growth Strategy

After working with the client’s advertising campaigns for nearly a year, we gained a deep understanding of the business model and customer behavior. During our analysis, we identified that the website needed to support multiple audiences simultaneously, including homeowners, businesses, installers, and wholesale partners.

02 Website Architecture & Product Organization

Because the company offers a large inventory of security products, our UX team focused on creating a structured category system that makes product discovery simple and intuitive. Rather than overwhelming visitors with hundreds of products, we organized the inventory into clear categories supported by filtering systems, pricing tools, and user-friendly navigation.

03 Building Trust & Authority

Research consistently showed that trust is one of the most important factors in the security industry. To strengthen credibility, we highlighted company experience, customer reviews, installation expertise, service offerings, contact accessibility, and commercial partnerships throughout the website.

The homepage was intentionally designed as a professional digital showroom that immediately communicates quality, expertise, and reliability without overwhelming visitors with technical information.

04 Security & Technical Improvements

During the redevelopment process, our team discovered technical issues caused by unwanted bot traffic and malicious activity targeting the website. We implemented security improvements, firewall protection, and technical optimizations to eliminate unnecessary traffic, improve performance, and create a more stable platform for future growth.

05 Industry-Specific Landing Pages

One of the most important strategic decisions was creating dedicated industry pages for sectors such as daycare centers, jewelry stores, parking lots, and tobacco retailers. These pages were designed to support both SEO and Google Ads campaigns while providing highly relevant information for each industry.

This structure allows business owners to quickly find solutions tailored to their specific operational and security requirements.
