Project Process
know About Our Projects Process
  • One day, thanks to a friend, we were introduced to the client. In the Semykalon office, Mr. Reza held the first business meeting. He explained the quality and scale of their work, noting that their previous website did not meet their expectations.
  • Our team thoroughly reviewed the old website and identified all its shortcomings.
  • Next, our UX team started researching competitors’ websites and defined various user personas to craft a comprehensive user journey. Based on the insights from user behavior analysis, the UI team was entrusted with the design. It took approximately two weeks to produce the initial design along with four main pages (About Us, Contact Us, FAQ, and one additional page).
  • Following the design phase, our development team began implementing the website. One of their main challenges was ensuring the website’s speed, so they started from scratch with careful planning and proper utilization of design elements.
  • Once the pages were completed, Saeideh conducted a thorough review, pointing out any issues and errors, which were promptly resolved.
  • After four weeks, the delivery deadline arrived. A two-hour meeting with five participants was held, during which all questions were answered. As expected, the meeting went well, and it was agreed to change the photos.
