Tech Security USA approached our team with the goal of creating a platform that would serve as more than just an online security camera store. The company wanted a complete ecosystem capable of supporting residential customers, commercial businesses, and professional installers throughout the Seattle area.

One of the primary challenges was the wide variety of products and industries served. From homes and small businesses to warehouses, hospitals, schools, and retail locations, each audience had different needs and expectations.

Our strategy focused on creating a clear user journey that allows visitors to quickly identify the solutions relevant to their property while also positioning Tech Security USA as a trusted industry leader with over 15 years of experience. The final result is a conversion-focused platform that combines product discovery, consultation requests, installation services, and installer recruitment into a single cohesive experience.

01 User Journey & Audience Segmentation

The first stage focused on identifying the three primary audiences visiting the website: residential customers, commercial clients, and professional installers. Each audience required a different path to conversion, so the website architecture was built around their specific goals and purchasing behavior.

02 Product Architecture & Navigation Strategy

Because the website contains numerous security camera categories, accessories, recorders, and display solutions, our UX team designed a structured navigation system that allows users to quickly find the products most relevant to their needs. Product categories were organized by application, technology, and industry use cases to minimize confusion and improve product discovery.

To establish credibility immediately, we highlighted company experience, industry certifications, partner relationships, warranty information, showroom presence, and customer support capabilities throughout the website.
