Mr. and Mrs. Fahim discovered our team through Google Ads while preparing for a complete rebranding of their restaurant. As a family-owned Persian restaurant in Victoria, they wanted a website that would better represent their identity, showcase their food, and communicate the full dining experience they offer.

During our discovery sessions, we learned that many of the restaurant’s unique offerings—including outdoor dining, private events, and catering services—were not being effectively presented on their previous website. At the same time, the owners wanted to preserve their Persian roots while creating a modern experience that would appeal to local customers.

Through market research, competitor analysis, and user experience planning, our team developed a website that blends authentic Persian culture with contemporary restaurant design. The final result highlights the restaurant’s food, atmosphere, services, and community presence while encouraging visitors to explore the menu, visit the restaurant, and become returning customers.

01 Research & Market Analysis

The project began with a detailed analysis of restaurant websites across Victoria and Vancouver. Our UX and strategy teams discovered that many successful restaurants in the region used neutral color palettes, clean layouts, and strong visual storytelling rather than overly traditional restaurant designs.

02 Brand Positioning & Visual Direction

Since the restaurant was undergoing a rebranding process, we developed a visual direction that combined Persian identity with modern Canadian design preferences. The goal was to create a welcoming atmosphere that felt authentic while remaining familiar to local customers.

03 Homepage Strategy & User Experience

Research showed that many restaurant visitors first look for location information, menus, and food imagery. For this reason, we placed key contact details and location information in prominent positions while ensuring the menu remained easily accessible throughout the user journey.

To reinforce that the restaurant is active, established, and trusted by the community, we incorporated an extensive gallery showcasing real food, restaurant spaces, and customer experiences.

04 Showcasing Unique Services

One of the biggest opportunities we identified was highlighting services that competitors often overlook. Outdoor dining spaces, private event hosting, catering services, and buffet experiences were each given dedicated sections supported by photography and video content. This allowed visitors to quickly understand the full range of experiences available beyond a traditional restaurant visit.

05 Conversion & Growth Strategy

The website was structured to support both immediate customer engagement and long-term growth. Menu visibility, service sections, customer reviews, gallery content, and clear calls-to-action were strategically organized to encourage reservations, takeout orders, catering inquiries, and future local search visibility.

The result is a modern restaurant website that successfully blends Persian culture with local market expectations while helping the restaurant strengthen its brand, attract new customers, and support its long-term growth strategy.
