Mr. Dana was referred to us through his brother, who had previously worked with our team on both website design and advertising campaigns. At the time, iHost Solutions was a relatively new business and needed a stronger online presence to support its growth.

After reviewing the existing website, we discovered that it was not properly optimized for Google Ads traffic. Visitors could not easily understand what made the company different, contact information was difficult to find, and there was very little social proof to establish trust.

Our team conducted extensive research into the Greater Vancouver market and identified several key factors homeowners care about most: speed, reliability, workmanship quality, transparent pricing, and customer reviews. Based on these findings, we completely restructured the user journey to focus on trust, convenience, and conversion.

The result is a lead-generation focused landing page that continues to support successful advertising campaigns while helping homeowners quickly find the information and confidence they need to book a service.

01 Market Research & Customer Analysis

Before redesigning the landing page, our team analyzed homeowner behavior across Greater Vancouver. We discovered that most customers searching for installation services prioritize four things: fast service, professional workmanship, transparent pricing, and proof that previous customers were satisfied.

02 Building Trust Above the Fold

Because many users visit the website during urgent situations, we designed the first screen to answer their most important questions immediately. We showcased real project imagery, trust badges, guarantees, contact options, and a booking form directly within the hero section to reduce friction and increase conversion opportunities.

03 Social Proof & Service Clarity

Research showed that customer reviews heavily influence purchasing decisions in this market. For this reason, Google Reviews were positioned near the top of the page and became a major part of the trust-building strategy. We also created a comprehensive services section so visitors could instantly determine whether iHost Solutions could help with their specific installation needs.

04 Differentiation & Value Positioning

During competitor analysis, we noticed that most competing companies rarely highlighted guarantees, discounts, response times, or customer protection. To create a stronger competitive advantage, we emphasized same-day service, satisfaction guarantees, transparent pricing, local ownership, and promotional offers throughout the page.

05 Conversion Optimization & Advertising Readiness

The entire landing page was structured around lead generation and Google Ads performance. Strategic call-to-action sections, multiple contact opportunities, customer testimonials, project galleries, service-area coverage, and booking forms were carefully positioned throughout the page to guide visitors toward taking action.

The final result is a conversion-focused landing page designed to generate qualified leads, support advertising campaigns, and establish iHost Solutions as a trusted local service provider throughout Greater Vancouver and Victoria.
