scheduled a meeting with them. In the meeting, we discussed their website needs, answered questions, reviewed their services and strengths, and explained our process.
Following the meeting, we sent them a detailed questionnaire to better understand their preferences. Once completed, our UX team analyzed the responses, researched their competitors (including the ones they mentioned), and outlined both the strengths of their competitors and our client’s unique advantages.
We also studied user behavior to shape the site’s structure effectively. Within 1–2 days, the UX team built the layout. Then, our content team created the necessary copy and shared it back with UX.
After finalizing the content and layout, everything was compiled into a Word document and handed to the UI team. They designed the interface using the client’s branding, logo, and current design trends, while also reviewing competitor designs. This took about 3–4 days.
Next, our developers brought the design to life. About a week later, we presented the first demo, which they were very happy with.
We then completed the remaining pages, added final touches, and launched the fully functional website.
